Our Mission

From my earliest years, I faced significant challenges, navigating life without the stability of parental support, a home, or consistent education. At just 8 years old, I was reunited with my mother, marking the beginning of my journey to reclaim my education. Despite numerous obstacles, I persevered, ultimately completing my studies. Through the grace and mercy of God, I built the stable, fulfilling life I had always envisioned for myself and my family.

My journey took an unexpected turn in 2019 when I was diagnosed with a chronic liver condition, declaring it untreatable through conventional medicine. Refusing to accept this prognosis, I immersed myself in researching natural alternatives,on earth-grown, targeted ingredients and their ability to improve health and through careful experimentation, discovered that a combination of lifestyle changes and 12 supplements pills could not only manage my symptoms but restore my liver function to normal levels, this journey led me to pursue an education in nutrition. I started out taking pill-based vitamins, but the reality of swallowing a dozen different capsules every day proved to be unsustainable. Next, I turned to gummy vitamins, but was disappointed to find that the existing products on the market were packed with sugar and artificial ingredients.

I founded Innerwork because I was determined to develop healthy, nuanced nutritional solutions for myself and others. Innerwork addresses the many facets of nutrition with simple, carefully-crafted formulations that are made from clean ingredients and targeted towards specific health needs. Developed in partnership with scientists and functional nutritionists, each of our products was made to meet a real health need that I or a loved one had experienced firsthand. Innerwork is more than a brand; it’s a testament to perseverance, a reminder that joy exists on the other side of setbacks, and a way to give back to the community through meaningful transformation.
