Shipping Policy

At PureHealth Oasis Inc., we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, rates, and policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review the information for accuracy.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $150. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local laws and regulations. Please review your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or natural disasters may cause delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • PureHealth Oasis Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
