The most Effective collagen but
These have worked better for me than powdered collagen that I have mixed in my drink, those can get messy but for this, my nails are def stronger and my hair is thicker but kinda get that fish small which is not overpowering so I am still good, though I wish they could have masked the smell or something.

This is more than collagen
First I ditched multivitamins for this since it is comprehensive, with the supporting multivitamins and combo marine and bovine I feel a lot better and can see my the joint pain on my knee has reduced with my skin glowing... I am stoked on this one

Absolutely love it
The innerwork collagen and prenatal brands are a must have to both expectant and pregnant women. The prenatal takes away my early pregnancy fatigue, giving me all the energy I need to finish my task for each day and helps me get rid of my morning sickness menace. Unlike most prenatal pills that almost gets stuck in my throat and increases my vomiting, the contrary is my experiences with the innerwork prenatal. It tastes so good and smells good as well.
I am a pregnant mom with a radiating skin. I started taking the collagen before I got pregnant and all my colleagues will be asking what my secret was and it's simple. "Innerwork collagen max "

Shocked Benefit
I started taking as part of my gut recovery protocol, but the benefits have gone way beyond that! Along with helping my digestion, my joints feel less achy after workouts, and I recover faster. I’ve been taking it twice a day; right after my workouts and again at night before bed and it’s made a huge difference in my sleep.
