Getting closer to my 50’s, my moods having been getting a little more exciting for me to deal with when I get closer to my cycle. I’m not quit in perimenopause, but the PMS is a lot! I’m usually bloated with the water retention you hold 1 wk before, I have been suffering from migraines on and off up to one week before my cycle arrives and my energy is low just before. On researching what can help, I learned my liverwasn’t metabolizing the estrogen in my body ( sluggish liver), leading to excess estrogen and all the horrible symptoms to go with. I have been taking multiple pills to help with this but then I came across these and I have been taking it along side the liver cleanse gummies one and wow what a total complete turn around for me. I just wanted to try something that work and is not overwhelming, this has helped my PCOS symptoms: reduced facial redness, eliminated gas, decreased bloating, reduced facial hair and and improved overall wellbeing. Had headaches for two weeks but worth it. Works best with my healthy diet and intermittent fasting. Not a magic pill but making a real difference in my health!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this brand gummies. I recently started menopause, and let me tell you, it hit me hard. Anxiety, hot flashes, weight gain and even brain dog. I got attracted by the branding of Innerwork and started taking this with zero expectations because i thought gummies don't work well but then i also wanted something simple, on the go and does not involve swallowing multiple capsules and the truth is after a month, I’ve noticed some real changes.
The hot flashes aren’t completely gone, but they’ve definitely eased up. My anxiety has calmed down a lot, which is a huge relief. The weight? Yeah, still working on that one (the appetite is real!), but overall, I’m feeling so much better.
I just reordered because I’m seeing real progress. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s helping me get through this transition. So, would I recommend it? 100% because it has been a lot easier for me on symptoms and convenience.

I love these gummies. I have only been taking for couple of weeks seems to be helping balance hormones. I love that it has several balancing supplements in one dose vs taking multiple separate pills. I would have loved it more if it has astaxanthin and evening primrose so i do not have to take these separately.
